Hope you all are staying happy, healthy and safe! Many of the lessons are on the "Links" page which is on the far right column of my main web page. Keep in mind that as long as you are doing some form of exercise is what you need to do! Many of you haven't checked in. If there is anything specific you want to do or are looking for, please feel free to reach out and I will find it for you or we can ZOOM and do it together! I'm here 24/7! I love seeing some of the creative ways your keeping active and busy! My computer is always on and I'm always checking. Even if you just want to talk and get some stress out or tell me the fun things you've been doing around your home. Even through the summer, I will keep posting videos, new ideas and workouts. We're all so used to games per grade level but during this time I'm trying to find activities that you can either do on your own, with your siblings or with the entire family.
 
These assignments are to the end of school. I would love to see pictures, videos or just an email of what you've done I will post on this website only if you'd like to share!
 
During your scheduled PE time, You must complete 30 minutes of fitness of your choices below:
 
The following are just CHALLENGES, have fun... If you can work on these challenges, this will account for your PE class time (30 minutes). These again are challenges and I don't expect everyone to be able to do them. Below, you will find your grade and assignment for additional PE time!
 
 
Challenge #1: The HFCA MILLION JUMPING JACKS CHALLENGE! Do as many jumping jacks as you can and email me name, date and how many jumping jacks you did! Check out the challenge on my post for further information.
 
 
Challenge #3: This is for you...Clean your room, rearrange your furniture, hang Christmas lights, cut out hearts, build a cool fort and decorate your room to something you've never seen before! Pictures PLEASE!

I've been telling you over and over that jump roping is one of the best exercises you can do if not THE best. It works every single muscle in your body and you can carry a jump rope anywhere! 
 
A GREAT substitution for any of these challenges is to PLEASE help your parents. Spring Clean! Vacuum, rake leafs, walk the dog, give him a bath! Polish, set the table or wash dish's. I can think of 100 other beautiful ideas that would put a smile on your parents face. Don't make them ask for help. Try to look at the bright side. During this time, engage with family, eat dinner together, play board games and exercise together, Cook, learn how to make pasta! Write letters to our Police and Firemen/ladies, Doctors, Nurses, Grocery store and Gas merchants and even your teachers! Not to mention our Army, Navy, Air force and Marines. Go through all your toys you don't play with anymore and donate to good will, clothes too. This will BOOST your immune system which helps fight infection and viruses.
