MSI Science Leadership Initiative

HFCA has applied for and been selected to be a member of the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (MSI) Leadership Initiative. MSI is a respected leader in science education in the Chicago area and beyond. Becoming a partner in MSI's Science LEadership School Partners Program is a unique opportunity for selected Chicago area elementary and middle schools to partner with MSI to enhance the delivery of science education at the whole school level.

 

HFCA is committed to prioritizing science across all grades preschool through 8. We have incorporated the Next Generation Science Standards into our curriculum. These standards allow our students to not only experience in-depth content but support our goal of developing science and engineering thinking skills. 

 

Our partnership with MSI supports HFCA's goal of preparing our students for high school and beyond.
