Due:

Assignment

Good Evening,

We hope everyone is adjusting to this new way of life.  Thank you so much for taking the time to do some of our activities.  And thank you for choosing your own. The nature walks, garden preparation, and arts and crafts sound very fun!

Please make sure you email Jamie and I by 3:30 on school days.  We would like to hear a few things you have done, either from our list of activities or something else.  Pictures are optional and appreciated! This email counts as your attendance, so please remember to send it. (Or feel free to send us a quick video of your child telling us what he/she did!)

Here is a suggested schedule for tomorrow.

*MORNING MEETING: At 9:00 AM tomorrow, please have your child join me (and my boys) for a Morning Meeting via Zoom!  Zoom is a video conferencing tool that will allow us to “meet.” Please mute your computer unless it is very quiet in your house.  Zoom assumes the loudest person is talking and that screen is the largest. If you hover over my tile/picture, three dots appear. If you click on the dots, an option comes up to Pin that tile.  This might be helpful if other tiles are popping up. Or if you watch on a computer you will be able to see myself as well as the whole class on your screen.

Assignment

Good Evening,

Each day we are supposed to be in school, we are going to provide you with an abundance of activities.  Please don’t feel overwhelmed. Our hope is to give you a lot of engaging activities that don’t take much preparation.  But you DO NOT have to do all of them. This list is similar to our morning in preschool, but these activities are OPTIONAL and can be  ADAPTED. However, we do need to take “attendance” every school day.  In order to be “present” please send Jamie and me an email of a few things your child did that day, either from our suggestions or something else you did that was engaging and educational.  Please email us by 3:30 on Monday and Wednesday.

*MORNING MEETING: At 9:00 on Monday (and Wednesday), please have your child join me (and my boys) for a Morning Meeting via Zoom!  Zoom is a video conferencing tool that will allow us to “meet.” Please note, everyone will be able to hear you, unless you mute yourself.  If it is noisy at your house, please mute yourself, otherwise, I would love to hear responding/singing.
