Mrs. Anne Ballard

Mrs. Ballard has a Master's in Education in School Counseling from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and also has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Harper College. 

 

Before joining HFCA, Anne worked at Lincoln Park High School and Steinmetz College Prep and was also a paralegal at two different law firms in Chicago.
