Two-year-old preschool
This program is designed to lovingly nurture the 2-year-old child in a play-based curriculum. The environment encourages social interaction with others, introduces separation from parents, and develops listening skills needed to follow directions. The play-based curriculum is organized around themes and allows children to be curious and follow their interests at their individual paces.
Our 2-year-old students are engaged in hands-on art activities, songs, fingerplays, and stories, in a developmentally appropriate atmosphere. Each class also includes a large motor component.
This program offers an incredible first impression of school. Research shows that a positive preschool experience continues to benefit children after they leave preschool.
Holy Family Catholic Academy has completed the application process for licensing for DCFS, submitted all required documentation, and met all requirements. HFCA was found to be a license-exempt facility.

Classes are offered 2 days a week (M/W or T/Th) and 3 days a week (MWF). Hours are from 9:00-11:30*. Enrollment is limited to no more than 12 students with a teacher and teacher assistant.
